The ONLY difference is the r360 is a later "stepping" that handles heat issues better - i.e. can usually o/c better . . . . although the later r350s o/c about the same now.
i wouldn't care which one was in my rig unless it was the 256MB version - in that case, only r360- can be flashed to a "true" 'xt'.
