I doubt that it matters who made the card. Since it is OEM, it almast always means it does not have a warranty, other than the one mwave offers. ATI's OEM's normally tend to be manufactured by only one company (It used to be saphire, and I believe it still is) so you can trust its reliability. As always, if you buy OEM, you buy the graphics card, not the package.

Looking at the pictures, one can see that the pictured card is a Saphire, although everybody knows that pictures aren't always accurate.

For $199, it looks like a pretty good deal to me.

I got my Sapphire Radeon 9800 Pro bulk from Newegg and I'm quite happy with it.

Not trying to thread crap but at $11.03 for Ground shipping(at least to me) from MWave, the Buy.com 'ATI 9800Pro' might be a better deal at $212.99 Shipped(which is minus the $15 off coupon-today only). At least it's retail & has a full warrenty.
I've been trying to pull the trigger on a 9800Pro deal but people keep saying to wait, that the price will go down even more once ATI's new card comes out this summer. My Geforce3 barely runs BFV though, even overclocked :(. Decisions, decisons...

people might wanna wait a few weeks or so on buying a 9800 Pro with the R420 being just around the corner and you know what that means, all the video cards underneath it will take a pretty nice nosedive in prices.

hang in there guys, now that the 6800 has been revealed it's only a few more weeks before prices start to plummet. Then it's Radeon 9800 XT here WE COME!!! (provided it's $99 or less) :D

Wait a couple weeks. The for sale/trade forum will be flooded with 9800pros as people replace their old card with the 6800.
