Yes because alot of people who ordered the Powercolor DID NOT receive the $30 instant rebate and were charged $230. Mwave is very reliable and as good as newegg btw.
 
Where does it indicate Sapphire Techonology, Limited? I don't see any marks.
And they've been shipping those with Samsung 2.8ns, haven't they?

staples PM software etc. / babbages / gamestop for 259.99 and use a 40 off coupon i believe

YMMV it is a special order item through ingram micro from staples

and i am not sure if they will PM since it is not a website does not carry them and not all gamestops carry the radeon 9700 pro
