Hi,
Please if somebody knows whats my problem is please let me know as soon as you can i would really appreciate that.
Ok my ATI 9600 is not playing games, but movies and other things are fine. When you run a game it will show you red lines all over the screen , and 3D Objects are having holes in it. I am thinking i burned my card but if i burned it then it should not even work at all.

Be very sure the fan is perfectly on the heatsink or the card will overheat very quickly, also is this a replacement fan/aftermarket fan or what? Maybe your new fan is not as good as the stock was?

Come on it has been working fine at this speed. One day i tried to install a fan on the top of Heat sink, then there was some jumpers on the right hand side, with blue jumper covering two pins i thought that was a power supply if you have to install a fan, i put the power supply of the fan on the two pins, which were covered with that blue jumper cover. After that it happened before that i have been using it for almost 3 months but there was no problem. I don;t know what those three pins are and why that blue jumper is on 2 of them.
I hope that make sense to you guys

That little blue jumper and 3-pins is for the NTSC (North America) versus PAL (European) setting. You need to have the blue jumper connecting the 2-pins labeled NTSC.

I know. but there is a way you can repair the card. The only problem is playing 3d games rest if perfect i mean you can watch DVD MOVIES, and etc is clear a it can be, but when you try to play the game it will show you red lines and scrambled 3d with lots of holes and you cannot make a picture of it.

Put it back to how it was when u first opened the card. Stock everything (including speeds). This is your only chance to play games again. If this doesnt work, you are SOL.
