I've got an ATI 9000 PCI vid card that I'm trying to overclock. I've only tried using RadLinker, but every time I adjust the core or mem speeds, the ATI VPU recover screen pops up and resets the vid card. Sometimes the screen doesn't even pop up and my settings get put back to default. There has to be headroom at least on the memory because it is 4ns and therefore should run at 250MHz but the default is 200.
I think I remember when the older cards came out that there was some sort of a clock lock. I don't remember what the workaround was. Will I have to modify and reflash the BIOS if I want to OC this thing?
