59c? Ouch, even tho the fan is very quiet, u may want to step up a bit.
I have the ame 0304 chip with an slk-800 TT smart fan 2 running at 2.3ghz 1.775 vcore @ 35c idle-39c under load max
What board is that? I can't get the 13.5x or 14x multi's on my 8K3A+ and it's driving me crazy. I know the board unlocks the higher multi's because I can get the stock 13x by leaving the BIOS setting at "Auto" and I can get any setting 15x and above (setting in BIOS + 8 = desired multi, for example "7" = 15x, "8" = 16x, etc.). I even booted cleanly and stabily to 2.4GHz (133*18) @ 1.75v, but damnit I can't boot to anything 14x (6x and 6.5x in BIOS will not POST, not even 133 FSB) 🙁Originally posted by: SKORPI0
Update:
Got my 2100+ to 2800+ speed (2283 MHz) - (169FSB x13.5Multi), optimum settings. VCore @ 1.70, getting CPU temp 35 C (idle). I'll probably get 2400 MHz stable with PC3200 DDR. Not bad for a refurb 2100+ I got for $69 from Newegg. 🙂
