Athlon XP - Which HSF is the best choice?

Ok guys, I'm going to be building my system soon and I probably won't be doing any overclocking. From where I'm buying my system from, I have three choices for the HSF: Globalwin CAK38, Globalwin WBK68, Globalwin FOP32 or the Alpha Pal6035 (Unfortunately no PAL8045). Bear in mind, i'll be using an Antex SX-1030 with a 300watt antec psu, 2 CD-rom drives, one hard drive, so nothing to demanding and noise isn't that big of a concern to me. And even in the future, if I do decide I might want to do a lilttle overclocking, which HSF is the best choice?

Alpha PAL6035, with a decent 60mm fan, preferably at least 23CFM. I used on on my bro's 1.2gHz @ 1.2 and it kept it pretty cool: 32*C idle.

thermalright sk-6. its not on your list but look at it. it is better than the ones on your list. out of the ones you want, i'd go with the alpha.

I have had some Alpha PAL 6035's and now have the Globalwin CAK 38 (all copper). Performance wise, the Globalwin is a bit better. I also like the clip on it better, Howerver, it is a bit heavier and maybe a little bigger than the PAL (not much though). Both of them work very well, can't go wrong.
