what can i use to unlock my athlon xp?
i have tried to find conductive silver,conductive grease,rear window defogger kit,bla,bla,blah
i saw the unlocking kit on HighSpeedPc.com but they don't ship to Malaysia
any suggestions for material that can unlock athlon xp which are VERY EASY to GET?
 
Any kind of conductive material will work. The key is that it has to be liquid, b/c the L1 bridges are very small and close together. Any electronics supply store should sell what is called a "trace pen." It's like a magic marker, but has the conductive ink inside.

ONce you get the trace pen and are ready to unlock, you squeeze out some of the conductive ink onto a clean piece of paper and use a sewing needle like a tiny paintbrush and close the L1 bridges.

You are aware that to unlock an XP you have to fill in the pits (holes) between the L1 bridges, correct? This video at Tom's Hardware is not the best guide, but it's a start. There's many articles on "How to Unlock an XP" out there.
