ATHLON XP 3000+???????

Not true, I'm sure it's a fake.
Even though it's a prototype I don't think they would write the name of the core on the die (Palomino), Athlons aren't even supposed to get to 3000+, the closest ones would be based on the 0.13 Thoroughbreed core that's not out yet.
And why would it have a blue packaging? They've used green and brown so far, why would they want to color it blue as it can never be seen anyway.
 
No motherboard supports that processor (most dont even support the 2000+ without a BIOS update). That screenshot is obviously photoshopped, as is the chip picture.
 
It's blatantly fake and not even a very good fake at that.
Compare a close up of that compared to a real engineering sample Palomino make the differences blatantly obvious, and it has clear markings that could only come from a image manipulation proggy like PhotoShop.
