Athlon XP 3000+ Overclocking

Which version of the 3000+ would be best for overclocking, 333 MHz or 400 MHz? Is there a significant difference? I am under the impression that the core is primarily the same, but the multiplier was simply lowered for the 400 MHz model...is that correct? Any advice would be appreciated.

This question deals strictly with the Athlon 3000+, whereas my other question had to do with what Athlon XP model in general was best for OCing.

Any 3000+ should OC about the same, but I'd get a mobile Barton chip or a dirt cheap Duron 1.6 right now if you want to OC. I got a 1.6GHz Duron up to 2.4GHz (1.85V) on air with a relatively crappy heatsink, not bad for $40 and even better if you can enable the extra L2 cache.
EDIT: Also, Durons probably don't sell that well in the US, so you're more likely to find an unlocked chip.
