The numbers are same, so it's OEM.

Exactly. They come in a "tray" which holds multiple "oem" units. I have seen pictures of "loaded" trays.

Yep.. I just called outpost and they said that it is OEM without the HS/F and it is only covered for 30 days by Outpost. This beats the cr*p out of the $54 deal for the XP1600+ OEM at Newegg IMO.

BTW.. I used my AMEX card for a possible BVG later, but I don't know if I'm even going to be able to do it within the allowed time period. Hot deal!
