Athlon XP 1800+ Case & PSU Question

I need to buy a case and PSU for my Athlon XP 1800+ and I was wondering if anyone knew of anything ~80$ or cheaper for an AMD certified PSU. I'm willing to pay more but I want to see how good of a deal I can get. :]

How about the Antec SX635 from EmsComputing.

350W PS and great features. Does this fit a standard ATX mobo? I have an MSI K7T266 Pro-RU.
