OEM chip with retail box motherboard. Available in Bay Area Fry's stores in California. Anyone think this is a good deal?

No Shuttle mobo here. I'm looking at the ad right now. It clearly says ECS K7S5A. Which is better?

I have the Fry's ad from LA Times and it says Shuttle AK31A Motherboard. It has the Via KT266A Chipset so it's not bad, but I think the SiS735 outperforms it. But still a good price.
