Athlon XP 1700 vs 1800

By getting an Athlon XP 1800 instead of a 1700, would I necessarily up my chances of picking up a Throughbred B core instead of the A core?

I guess I could always go with the Barton 2500, but then I can't take advantage of Officemax's memory sale: 256MB of DDR266 for only 9 bucks.
 
No, I think you'll have the same chance either way. I just got a 1700+ T-bred B from newegg for my secondary system.
