Yep total BS!! AM4 will be a new platform so be prepared to get price gouged for the first few months. I could see super low end AM4 stuff being a bit cheaper but your not getting no complete build for $99..

Clearly a fake for a number of reasons. Does Samsung even run a 28nm FD-SOI process? Even if they did, why port the cat cores to it? Why would do something like this when they've already ported those cores to TMSC's 16nm process for Microsoft?

I feel that is maybe the last Bulldozer chip and that can give sense. Also could be Limited edition. Otherwise is fake.

EDIT: Seems that is Mullins on steroids. Maybe it has sense. Also it could be the MAX clocks and the process could be called Samsung, but is in fact GloFo in order to avoid to scare the few potential clientes.
