Athlon X2 4400+ overclocking

This is probably a stupid question, so please bear with me.
I'm planning on getting a 4400+ soon, and will want to OC it. I see lots of different combinations of FSB and Multiplier numbers, but I want to know if there's a difference in performance between two CPUs with the same clock speed but different FSB/Multipliers. For example if at 2.4Ghz, is a 100MHzx24 faster than a 200MHzx12, or any other combos that equal 2.4
Again, this is probably obvious to most of you, but I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.

The only multipliers available will be default ( 11 ) and less ...

If you can get a stable OC at say , 240 x 11 = 2.64g

There would be no advantange by going to 10 x 264 ...

There might be a slight increase in performance if your memory will run 1:1 at that speed, but spending extra $$ to accomplish that would probably be better spent elsewhere, like on beer..
