Athlon X2 3800+ Help please vcore settings look crazy.

Ok I?m running the Foxconn 6150K8MA-8KRS Board and i want to increase my CPU voltage but the options look a little off to me.

looking at the images a few posts down on this forum http://www.hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=993989
could you tell me what one to use for the CPU.

The min to max available options that are shown on that HardOCP post are.

* Hammer Vid control 1.400v to 1.550v
* Vdimm Voltage Select 2.50v to 2.85
* Vcore Voltage Select +20mV to +140mV

Ok so what one of those options would increase my CPU vcore? ... its currently running at 1.340v-1.360v according to CPU-Z and overclocks to 2.35Ghz without any extra voltage.

If you could help clear things up and what settings to put the CPU on that would be great thanks.

Hammer vid control 1.425 for starters

hammer vid sets your default vcore. Then the vcore voltage select is your overvolt for that.

Changing the Hammer vid control to 1.425 and it had no change on the CPU voltage according to CPU-Z it was still on 1.340 - 1.360 ?.. I checked with prime just incase CPU-Z was wrong and it still failed at 2.4Ghz 240FSB ? so what one should I try next?
