Athlon retail cpu fan replacement help

One of the blades just separated from my 3 month old retail athlon 1.4 cooling fan. I would prefer to replace it with an oem part. Is this an AAVID fan as referenced on amd's website? Or should I just replace it with a better fan? Suggestions please.

I have no idea what size the fan is, but it'd be easiest just to buy a new fan of
dimensions the same as the old one. I'm thinking it's probably a 60mm...

if it's an oem fan, it should be a 60mm.

It is a Coolermaster fan. Go to their website. I called them, they sent me a replacement fan for free.
Same with AMD, I called them, and they sent me a replacement fan AND heatsink for free.
