Athlon MP overclockable?

Just wondering if anyone has tried overclocking an Athlon MP processor, and what the results were as far as temps and performance. From what I've seen, and Athlon MP1700 should outperform an Athlon XP1700 at stock clock speeds. So... how are they at overclocking??????

athlon mp afaik should NOT out perform athon xp at same speeds.....

they are the exact same core afaik..just the mp's have been tested in a mp environment ...and have a bridge modified on them allowing smp capability

some athlon xp's also had teh bridge intact, but were labeld xp instead of mp

thats waht i remembr...someone can confirm or disprove my theory as wanted 😉
 
I have my MP 2100 running @ 1.826 and it could care less. Never even breaks a sweat.

I have had it up as high as 2.0 on Air, but got occassional BSOD

I shouldn't even bother with the tiny OC of 1.826, but I just feel it needs to be OC'd a bit...
