ewwwwww, that $49 board only has 5 PCI slots! shoot, i'm using 5 PCI slots (SCSI, RAID, Live!, 56k, WinTV), 1 ISA (ethernet) and the AGP.

sorry, only 5 PCI slots and not even a ISA to make up for the lack of PCI stinks, I don't care if the boards were $20, well wait, if they were $20 I'd buy a cheap 600mhz Athlon and build a second PC

That Epox board sucks too, same problem, yeah it has a 5 PCI and a ISA but the ISA is shared, so basically it has only 5 PCI or 4 PCI and 1 ISA. forgetaboutit

How'd you get PCI slot 1 to share IRQ with the AGP?

Irqs can be shared if the cards you are installing actually support it. Irq sharing is a required spec for the PCI bus but that doesn't mean all manufactures make it workable. I swapped PCI cards 10 or 15 times before I found a setup that worked together. Same cards in different slots worked.
