Athlon Heatsink Question

OK. Hopefully one last question from me.

I am planning on a MSI K7T-Pro2A mobo for my new T-Bird system. I was planning on going with a 1.2Ghz Retail but none of the places that I deal with have Retail boxes in stock, but they do have OEM.

Which leads me to this question:

Is there any Fan and Heat Sinks for the T-Birds which will -not- fit in a MSI KT7 Mobo? I have heard that some are extremely tight, but I don't want to get something that is so tight it wont fit.

Thanks

I just got my K7T Pro 2a yesterday and there appears to be PLENTY of room around the socket for anything you want to put on there. I think I even read in a review of that board, that they tired some of the biggest heatsinks, and they had no problems with space.

taisol heatsink/fans are REALLY tight. i wouldnt get one. It did an okay job of cooling, but it was hard to get off. So, i popped a PPGA/Socket alpha on my t-bird and itt seems to have worked.

The Taisol CGK742092 hsf has some problems interfering with the Toroid thats part of the voltage regulator circuit. Its pretty easy to mod the hsf with a Dremel to get it to fit. Its a good hsf and worth the time to mod, IMHO.
