Athlon 800 System...........What's It Worth?

I have a system that I'm looking at parting with, the only problem is I don't know what I should ask for it. I don't know it this question belongs here, so if not, I apologize now.

How much are DSL modems worth? I was thinking $500 before the modem and if they are like cable modems then'd that would add quite a bit.

And it depends, are you selling it locally in a paper or to someone who's down with computers or knows what's up? Add $100 or so if it's in the paper probably.

I thought they'd be worth more but that must have been last year when broadband wasn't as widespread. Here are current eBay auctions for the Intel Pro 2100 DSL.
