Athlon 64 with SSE3 Worth Waiting for?

I am just about ready to build my new system. But I heard that Athlon 64 with SSE3 will be coming out soon. maybe in February. Do you think its worth waiting for?
 
Maybe, not for the performance gains, but becuase there is a good chance that the new models will lower the prices of the older models.

Agreed. But the current A64s are priced pretty good to begin with. I'd build now.
