I have a stock fan and heatsink on my FX-55 and it's getting up to 75C (according to Asus PC Prob) when converting my DVD's to divx. It's on an A8N-SLI Deluxe MB, and ai heard there were issues with the larger heatsinks/fans, so I was wondering what the current consensus is on the best solution for this CPU & motherboard.
Money is not an issue (it's not my money, so $50 - $100 is not prob) . Nothing exotic like water cooling though, I'd like to keep it simple.
Noise IS an issue, so I'd rather have low/no noise at 65C than have a jet plane in my case to get down to 60C.
