Athlon 64 FX-53 with socket 940 Pins vs. Opteron 150

Does anyone know of any difference between an Athlon 64 FX-53 (socket 940) and an Opteron Model 150? I saw both products listed on the Anandtech Price Finder feed (which is very nice, BTW) as being carried by NewEgg, but I don?t see any difference in product specifications. The price difference is nearly $100 in favor of the Athlon 64 (probably because it was created before socket 939 came out).

If anyone knows anything about this, please let me know. I'd especially like to see some benchmarks.

I'm hoping to pick up one of the two cheaper chips to put into a dual-socketed iWill DK8ES until I can save up some more cash to buy a pair of dual processors.
