Athlon 64 FSB in motherboard setting - need help

I just bought a DFI nF3 250Gb motherboard and an Athlon 64 2800+. In the BIOS, there's a setting for FSB Frequency and it's currently set at 200 MHz. Now, the motherboard can go up to 400 MHz. Do I need to adjust anything here?

Gradually inch it up only if you're overclocking--if you're not, don't mess with it. (As it is, no overclocker would probably even try 400 unless they knew their CPU could handle 2V and they had a phase-change setup.)
