Athlon 64 and SilverStone LC10

I am thinking of buying this hardware for my new computer:

SilverStone Lascala SST-LC10B, Black
Asus A8N-SLI/Deluxe, nForce4, S939
Asus EN6600GT/TD/128MB Geforce 6600GT
Zalman VF700-Cu, Cobber VGA Cooler
NorthQ NQ4001A, 400 ATX PSU, 17db
AMD Athlon64, 3000+, S939, BOXED
Microsoft MCE Media Controller (remote)

plus some Corsair Value RAM (probably 2x256MB or 2x512MB so I can utilize Dual Channel).

Now, I have some questions...

1) Should I buy officially matched pairs of RAM for Dual Channel or will any two identical RAM sticks do?

2) Will I have any problems putting this hardware in that SilverStone LC10 case?

3) Should I buy another motherboard?

Any other comments on this system are welcome as well!

The system will be used as a HTPC.

Yep, that stuff should all fit in an LC10 no problems except possibly the Zalman VF700... I forgot which version of the 6600 has clearance problems due to the GPU chip being placed too high on the card (so that a VF700 would stick out above the card too much), but I know there exists 6600s that has such problems.

HTH.

Thanks!

Does anybody else know which 6600GT cards are okay for the LC10 or the Zalman cooler and which are not?
