Athlon 64 754 pin , 939 pin Bus speeds ?

I was wondering how you do the math for the bus speed to find which ram you should be running on an athlon 64.

For example

Athlon thunderbird 100 bus = sdram pc100
Athlon XP 133 bus = 133x16 = ddr pc2100
Athlon XP 166 bus = 166x16 = ddr pc2600


So how does one figure out the minimum ram speed for an Athlon 64 using ddr ram ?
