Well are you running 4 dimms? Cuz if not I wouldn't even consider it if I was you.

Well I already broke down. Sold my E3 and my E6 should be here Wednesday.

Great excuse....I prefer just to have my one rig and sell the spare parts. But if you have lost of rigs devote some to curing cancer.

This chip is in a DFI nF4 Ultra-D with a xp-120 and Panaflo M fan.

Wow that is a high voltage for just air cooling? What are your temps like with that overclock?

They don't go over 45 during Prime95.

I find that very hard to believe. 1.72 volts is alot.
Have any screen shots for us?

1.72V is not a lot with good cooling. I got my Athlon64 2800+ CG to 2.6Ghz at 1.78V.
