Ok, So I'm planning to get an Athlon 3000 Winchester core w/ Epox mobo. I was wondering if I would be able to make 2.6 Ghz. Obviouslly everyone's experience will vary but typically speaking, will I be able to make it w/ tthe G.skill 4400 ram and the stock heatsink. Will XP-90 make that much of a difference. Thanks for the help! =)

Edit: And if I can't make it, please state why (ex. Ram) and what I would be able to make with current setup.

My question was if about statistics Insomniak. I'm trying to figure out if on average, a 3000+ would be able to hit 2.6ghz, not really if mine is guarenteed to do so.

The answer is mabye 😛 w/ an XP-90 and a good fan and the other stuff you listed you have a decent shot but it will be close.
