They have some good prices, but they don't a product selection as large as Newegg's.

What does Neweggs selection have to do with a good deal on a CPU from TCWO?

They want $8.35 Shipping. 🙁 With a MB and a Cooler too. How do you get free Shippping? Do I have to call?

PLEASE HELP CLARIFY.....what's the difference between the OEM unit and the RETAIL one....beside the $20 price different between these two .....thanks for the assistance....

Three years warranty against 20 days!

Is there any point in upgrading my processor if my mobo only supports 133fsb? I have 3-p4 1.6Ghz, 1-p4 1.8ghz, 1-p3 ghz and 1 AMD 1ghz rig. I want to maybe upgrade my amd rig but I have a MSI K7T133 Pro 2A mobo.

I supposed it's worth $20 for the heatsink, fan, and the 3 years warranty....THANKS AGAIN FOR THE INFO.....

If anyone needs keyboard/mouse....S. Cali Frys has the Logitech Mouse/Keyboard for $10 each....I just picked up these combo for dirt cheap $20....

1. Logitech Optical Mouse part# 2961515
2. Logitech Deluxe Access 104 Keyboard part#2823034

I have always purchased the OEM because I would never keep a CPU for more than a year anyways.

So are you saying is much better in the long run to buy the OEM instead of the Retail? I'm just curious!

TCWO is good....already purchased several cpus from them.....the only thing I will complain is that ground shipping takes too long(from FL to CA)......

Fry's keyboard deal sounds good, will pick up some tomorrow....Thanks....

this sux
i ordered on 6/28 hoping they would process my order before the card expired (stupid bank STILL hasnt sent my new checkcard)
at that time they had a 15day warrenty but a 1 year warrenty if you bought a heatsink/fan on same order

so now not only do not get free shipping i dont get a year warrenty..arg!
what i get for trying to be creditcard free

I think that depends on you. The average AT users, I would think does an upgrade at least once a year. Very seldom will a CPU go bad once it has been running for a few days. (unless you are overclocking and even then it can be rare).

Hmmm..I could use 2 of these processors. They would help power the new dual motherboards I'm getting from either Epox or Iwill.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but it saids 20 day warranty, isn't that just from the seller? I thought OEM CPUs always had a 1 year warranty from their maker. i.e Intel AMD. retail has 3 years from the makers, is that true?
