athlon 1.4 to hot?

have a athlon 1.4ghz processor on my machine and i was wondering if 120 degrees is too high for it. i just got a new fan. before it was running at around 155 was that pushing it?

the 1.4ghz T-bird is amoung the hottest AMD CPUs available atm, what is that in Degree Celcuis btw? I'd be happy with anything lower than 50C loaded.
