I bought a game from the Aventura gamestop and they didn't give me a box, just the little paper that the game goes into. I asked them where I could get a box. They said to visit the store (#4971) because they have the box because it's a big store selection there and that I should check it out and they would give me the box and create a generic one if they had the box and I showed them the current reciept. When I got there early today and did in fact see the original box there I showed it to the store manager (female) and said I have my reciept could I have this box and you could create a generic one for yourself. IN THE RUDEST WAY POSSIBLE she said NO! This is for my customers and they may not buy this game because there is no box. I threatened to buy the game from her (AGAIN?!) and then return it without a box at another store which aggitated her and she said she would do it as a FAVOR...?!?! Insisting that this was her store and that she doesn't want to give out boxes for games purchased at other stores... Wait a minute, last time I checked they were both GAMESTOPS and furthermore I AM A CUSTOMER!!! I didn't want to start anything since I wanted to leave peacefully with the box. But it seems that the store manager there only cares about her figures and numbers of sales and not the customers of Gamestop. I am ashamed to shop here as I have been for the past 14 years (formally EB).
