My responses as a Christian:
- Christmas as it is celebrated now is not a Christian holiday, nor was the original ~December 25th festival(s)
- It doesn't matter how atheists or anyone else uses the religious expressions if they are used just as expressions; they are pretty much like any other expressions at that point. It's not going to offend me, though I do think it's better for people (including myself) to think about what we say and mean what we say.
