Hey nonbelievers. If some crazy Christian Billionaire offered you $50,000 if you went to church on every Sunday for a year, would you do it?
 
Fuck yeah. easiest money ever. guaranteed nappy time every Sunday, too. Football can be DVR'd.

I went to church pretty regularly for several years way back when. Nothing to it.
 
$50k for an hour a week for a year? That works out to almost $1k per hour, of course I'd go! Hell, for that kind of money I'd even go through the Catholic Church's conversion classes.
 
Sure, so long as it didn't have to be the early morning service. Also, there needs to be no requirement that I'm not hung over. In fact if I can even not yet be sober, then even better. Hell, I'd even dress nice. It's not like it means anything to me. They pay me to go to work, which I don't enjoy. If someone wanted to pay me to do something else I don't enjoy, sure thing. I'd pick the church with the hottest girls and try to corrupt a couple.
 
Sure. I could just sleep, read, or play DS. It isn't like going to church will make me a believer...
 
Why not? I get paid less than that to go to places 5x a week that lasts 8x longer. It'd be just like another meeting.

...and I did that growing up too. So it's not like I'm going to experience anything new.
 
Absolutely. Getting paid $50K for roughly 48 hours of boredom over the course of a year? Count me in.
 
That would be both extremely aggravating and entertaining.
But time is money, and that is some serious moneys for such little time.

This thread is stupid. Of course everyone would do it. It's not like most atheists haven't been to church before anyways. Most are former believers.
 
sorry, but my non-beliefs are priceless. If you mean, by 'go to church' attend it regularly and talk with the people of the parish about their beliefs, fuck no. Sorry.
