ATA66 v's SCSI-2 for booting Win2k?

I've got the option to boot Win2k off my older SCSI-II 4.3gb HD linked to a Adaptec 2940UW card OR booting it off a new Maxtor 40gb 5400rpm ATA66 IDE drive...

Which is the better bet?

Don´t even start to think about that, take scsi-hd and start from that.

use the scsi drive for your boot up and OS and use the 40gb for apps, games, files, etc...
