ATA Hard Drive Size Limit Problem?

I am trying to install a 200GB Western Digital Special Edition hard drive in a Shuttle SB61G2 system. The bios recognizes that the drive is a 200GB drive but Win2K only rocognizes 128GB. Am I bumping up against the 128GB drive size limit due to the ATA100 interface(without a special adapter card) or is this a Win2K problem since the bios seems to get the drive size correct? Will buying a SATA drive get me around this proublem?

Thanks,
