I am planning on getting an ATA/100 hard drive. Will it work without a ATA/100 card? Can I just use the one onboard my mobo? I think it's ATA/66. If it won't how much would an ATA/100 card cost? And how much of a proformance increase is there?
Good! That's what I thought but I was confused cause people are always saying that they have seperate ATA/100 cards. Well how much do they cost anyway? And you sure there wouldn't be much difference between ATA/66 and ATA/100?
