AT7 max2 RAID

I just got an that motherboard (AT7 max2 for those who didn't read the title) and I thought the hpt 374 chip looked awful big for only RAID 0/1/0+1, come to find out it does RAID 5 as well. Am I the only one who noticed this? Why isn't it listed on any product sheets. Just flashed BIOS to newest version, but haven't checked it out again. I will do that when I get home today. Just curious if anyone else with this board has used the RAID function. Nice board anyways.

edit: Did anyone try using those Serillel things to make a RAID also? I had no luck since XP install still saw them as two drives, so I stuck my Adapted 1200 card in to to the array; flawless
 
Well for anyone who read the first part, apparently the BIOS flash got rid of the RAID 5 option and XP saw my RAID 0 array okay. hmmm......
