yea this is what people were saying on the forums its 100% lopsided for 1 side or the other, there is absoulty no back and forth

I went in there once and TBH I have no idea how it works, all I did was die
You have to be able to make it out of the bridge and there's a little more to the zone than two teams crashing into each other.

Small buildings -- Made the inscription building for my 3rd small building, I should have done it right away instead of enchanting. Redeemed all my primal spirits for war paints, made a total of four darkmoon cards this weekend. The net proceeds from the AH were just north of 15k. And I don't even have inscription. Love it!

did prices drop that fast or is that how the economy is on your server because the single cards were selling for 15k on mine

Damn really? Mine is about 5k a card. I've been trying to put a set together before I sell them. Should I just sell them single?

Once people realize that the darkmoon cards are warlords crafted and you're better off with a chest/leg/weapon, the prices will start falling quick. I'm trying to sell all mine I make ASAP.

Zul'jin is high pop, so it's a pretty healthy economy. I have characters on two other servers but I haven't logged much time on either, so I can't say if those prices are normal or not. Seems about right to me.

I don't recall exactly what I sold -- I think the prices were something like 7900 (Two of War), 4800 (??), 2875 (??), and 2650 (??). I guess that's ~18k before the AH cut, so maybe 16.5k or so. They seem to be moving pretty quickly -- the two of war was the longest one and I think it was up for 1-1.5 hours before it sold.

Not to mention that anyone can make darkmoon cards now with the level 2 inscription building -- at a rate of one card per day with the follower. If you really wanted a trinket, it should be easy to just keep crafting cards and trading to get what you want. Make the money while you can.

yea Mal'ganis is also high pop,

people were selling the crafted epics for near 200k depending on the stat roll
the wep enchants are going for 10k+

50crit gems are ~10k

maybe I should can the enchanting building and build the inscription one

Followers: Spent the weekend getting all followers available in the zones -- including the stupid Barov guy that took me like 6 hours to find -- as well as doing the Leeroy achievement. All I have left is Millhouse, I'll have to try the trick posted a page or two ago to get him. I think that's a total of 28 or 29, I forget. Counters are pretty balanced after a few deactivates and activate swaps. RNG was kind to me, of my 20 active followers I think I have 9 or 10 epic ones and the rest split between blues/greens. A couple of my greens are very close to being blue. Stats on my epic guys are pretty good as far as a balance of counters ... I should be able to keep them all active without having to shuffle them.

it's funny, literally 30 seconds after reading this, I stumbled on Alexi Barov by accident.

my big follower debate is that there only seems to be one Blacksmith follower, who starts off at level 92... so do I put her in the BS building now to get the benefit, or hold off until I can level her to 100?

I would do it now for the benefit, as long as you have another follower with the same counter ability.. It's still a > 50% chance for extra mats, even at level 92. It can take 6-7 days (just a guess) to get a follower to 100, maybe more depending if you're resource limited. That's a lot of time for crafted items to drop in price.

Of course, if your intent is to keep the gear yourself, then I'd probably level to 100 before placing there.

Crafted epics are down to 100k or so for the best stat rolls on the main pieces (chest, etc). I saw both blacksmithing and tailoring ... shoulders maybe ... last night for 35k (not sure of allocation). The BoE 665 necks that were 120k+ a few days ago are ~60k now. Weapon enchants are ~15-18k. Haven't looked at gems as I haven't gotten any slotted gear yet.

Hmm... that mission management add-on has one problem in its follower distribution algorithm: it completely ignores level 100 experience. I've been trying to push for my non-epic followers to level up to epic as that will unlock a second counter, and the add-on keeps pushing for me to toss in low-level followers instead. I think I've got two of my blue followers over halfway to epic.

I also got another garrison add-on that lets me breeze through the mission complete screen a lot faster. It's kind of nice since that mission complete pop-up would always come up over the "Next" button and screw me up when I'm trying to go through the mission results.

I think the only downside to a low-level follower that's working is that the game may still give you quests for that follower. That might explain why I keep getting a lot of low-level quests as I have Fiona (Herbalism) and Shelly (Leatherworking) working at the moment and both are around 92-94.

Makes me sad that i chose to level warrior with the stupid alchemy first instead of my jc/bs paladin, would have made a killing on crafted epics, live and learn i guess, back to only having enough gold to scrape by 😛

you can still make money, if you are raiding in 2 weeks crafiting will be worthless to you and you can just sell stuff because there is literally no other use for it

I think that might be why prices are dropping so fast. Here's a great progression table that I saw posted on reddit.com/r/wow -- Highmaul LFR gear is going to be ilvl 640, which is the same as crafted gear for people that can't upgrade it. Highmaul Normal (the old flex) is going to be 655, and Blackrock Foundry normal is 665. The profits on crafted gear aren't going to last long.

Salvage yard been good to me last couple of days. Been getting a steady stream of follower gear. First one about to hit 100, gear should make it easy for him to get up to epic. Spent last night unlocking garrison/professions for 2 of my 3 90 alts so they can get the trickle garrison resources and unlock the daily craft cooldown. Plan on doing the third today then working on ilevel for the main again.

Been reading a bit today about shadow priests since they weren't addressed with the hotfixes that went in today. My dps seems quite low for my ilvl (628 with some poorly stat'd pieces, average 11-12k on bosses, maybe 10k on trash). I've read the icy-veins and howtopriest guides, and it doesn't seem to be working for me. I'm seeing 620ish priests claiming 14-17k on bosses .... how?!

I've tried both the CoP rotation using Mind Spike as filler, the dot-weaving rotation, and the CoP lite rotation (normal dot rotation with MB on shorter CD). None of these 3 methods results in dps anywhere near 15k -- and I tried them all in dungeons for class buffs and such.

I know I've never been a good shadow priest in the times I've tried, but this was supposed to be my new main this xpac and I apparently still suck at it.

some mage, shammy, and lock buffs. some dk and druid pvp nerfs and a minor prot warrior change. not sure why they nerfed the hell out of lock ROF though.

Heard they reduced shield slam and revenge damage by 20%, seems like they don't want prot warriors out and about in the world 🙁, my dps gear is awful, gonna have to make my offspec arms while i get some crit to make fury worthwhile

Can't speak for arcane but buffing Pyro isn't going to help fire's inability to proc it. It'll be nice once the gear scales though.

yep
TBH i can see stopping the ember generation but it now does 400 damage per tick
and still costs an absurd amount of mana

Got a few upgrades last night to replace some poorly allocated pieces with haste/crit pieces. Was an immediate difference in my dps -- as much as 2-3k single target after changing just a few pieces.

Tried hard-queueing Grimrail Depot as a healer for a shot at the BiS pre-raid/noncrafted staff and a dps trinket off the last guy. Got placed in a group with tank + 3 melee (F that, seriously), and nobody knew what was going on. Dropped after 5-6 attempts on the 2nd boss where the dps wasn't listening to what the tank was saying to do. I'll try again tonight, but queued as dps.

Should be able to get the upgraded 680 ring today after my apexis daily (I think, unless there's more after the 3 + 1 heroic quests). Going to save garrison resources today/tomorrow to upgrade my lumber mill to level 3, then I'm probably going to start queueing work orders for the war mill.

The 3+1 heroics are all it takes, a few "talk to me" "watch this event" type quests.

Gonna hit 20 lvl 100 followers today, think I'll have it when I get back from work. Totally love the scavenger trait, got ~140 resources off a quest. That's a whole day of lumber mill, in a less than 2 hour quest (I think it was 1h).

how the hell do you have so many so high, I send my people out every day multipal times for things they can do and I think I have 4 lvl 100s
