At wits end regarding critical kernel power event ID 41

I posted around a month ago my consistent problem with my computer randomly shutting off under a bit of pressure, ie. when I have a game, such as Starcraft 2, and a youtube video open at the same time. With my system, this should not be a problem. So far I have reformatted, bought a new PSU, checked and re-checked my temps (between 30-40), and constantly did memory tests, all passing, and cycled memory in and out of my system to no avail.

My system had been running fine for 2 months since I bought it in late June, just recently having these random shutdowns and hangups, which started a week or two ago.

i2500K (not overclocked) w/ Corsair Cooling Air Series A50 Performance CPU Cooler
Mushkin Enhanced Silverline Stiletto 16GB 4X4GB (not OC'ed)
Sapphire Radeon HD 6850
MSI P67A-G43 (B3) P67
OCZ StealthXStream 600W ATX12V, recently upgraded to XFX 750W Bronze PSU, no change in situation
Western Digital Caviar SE16 640GB

There could be many things that cause this...hardware issues: motherboard, CPU, RAM...drivers, BIOS...

Are all your drivers up-to-date from the motherboard's site?
Is your BIOS up to date? (often, a BIOS revision addresses the problem)

Take out all but 1 stick of ram and see if anything changes. It's not that the memory is faulty but 4 DIMMs don't always play nice, and the only way to know if they aren't is to take out three and test.
