Wrinkles, grey hair, losing muscle and many other bodily ailments are all signs that we are all knocking on death's door.

So when does it start? Late 30s? 40s? :(

On average, when you're around 28, your body stops "upkeeping" itself and officially starts breaking down if you don't put some effort into staying healthy.

Aging of body is proportional to the length of nutsack hang. Or so I hear...

As you grow older, your body just takes longer and longer to replenish itself. Maybe the question should be, at what age does your body take twice or four times the amount of time to replenish itself?

Unless you are actively keeping up with maintenance on your human machine, I'd say you really start seeing negative effects in your mid twenties.

I mean, "back in the day", I could eat whatever, drink whatever, do whatever, whenever and still come out feeling great, no weight gain, etc. I'd say about 23-24 that started to decline fast. Now that I work out, eat right, I'm able to get some life back and I feel pretty good now.

Once you are north of forty, you start waking up with injuries you didn't have when you went to bed.

Yes, the second you are born, it's just a matter of time before you die. When is the question....

Are you sure you're satisfying all of your partner's needs?

Do you feel fuzzy headed in the morning, like you were drinking?

It starts breaking down in your late 20s, no matter what you do. You can only slow the inevitable. Most people in reasonably good shape probably don't really notice the breakdown until their mid to late 30s, maybe even early 40s, but it's happening just the same.
