I think you need to change your wording, at what point do you notice the sag in a womans brests. Techinically as soon as she has something gravity has started its effects of making them sag. It just takes longer to notice it. And yes size, how often she wears a bra, if she has had kids, all of these and more play a part in it.

Depends on many factors including: type of bra worn, quality of bra, fit of bra, frequency of wearing bra, size of boobs, fitness level, nutritional level, etc.

You must be thinking of Dow Corning.

Dow Corning, however, will never make implants again. Other companies have taking that high risk effort up.
