I had a paid account on Telnap and couldn't get a reply from DeviousTrap for two months. When I finally told him to send me a reply or I'd cancel my service, i.e. put up or shut up, the only response I got was from paypal notifying me that my last two payments had been refunded.
Telnap simply has horrible customer service. Find a real host. I'm setting up my new one as we speak.

Rob, I apologize about all of the miscommunication we had. Your issue is an isolated insident, and we did everything we could to restore the data that you needed, but unfortunately we could not do that for you.
