AT&T Wireless users, is cell insurance really worth it?

I want to know how many of you have AT&t's wireless insurace, and how well they handle claims. I read the terms online, and it sounds horrible, but want to know how it is in reality. It stated that it can take some claims up to 60 days for you to get a new phone, how long does it really take? Is it worth $3.99 a month? Thanks.

I had it on Verizon, and it was really good. If the phone had been dropped a few times, they would replace the phone. If the phone costs $120+ do you really want to replace it when it gets dropped a few too many times, or dropped in water, or stolen?

For me no because I use the cheapest phone . If it got lost or damaged , I 'd get a used one off fleabay or somewhere locally.

As far as ATTWS , their local Atlanta coverage is too cheesy for me and I'll be going to Verizon as soon as my contract is up in July.

I've heard of it but don't use it. My Nokia was cheap and very well built. I have dropped it many times on concrete, tile, sand, wood, for at least a yard high, it was still working in great condition.
