Walked down to Weehawken to capture this line up. Despite shooting this exact scene in the daytime, it never clicked it would look a lot better at night, but hey, that's fine.

I just found the thread, so I will take license and post up some old shots of the day.
Coming back to the dock after a long day working marine construction. the wake makes a nice frame.

SpaceX launch from Vandenberg last night as seen from Tucson. It is different from previous pics as moonlight was illuminating the plume in this pic and the trajectory was more southwesterly than the southeasterly direction of prior launches. The rocket is somewhere in the range of 400-450 miles away in the photo, well off the coast of Baja California.
