What'd you shoot that with?

Working my way through a small backlog of photos that I've built up from the summer:
-SNIP-
I used my Sony A6300 / Tamron 150-600mm / LA-EA4 adapter....pretty happy with the results....
They were pretty awesome to see. We saw a ton when we went to Tucson to see my fiance's family. The hardest part about the hummingbird pictures was getting the camera to focus on it. I had two big problems: 1) I didn't have my 200mm lens and was working with my 28-75mm f/2.8 Tamron - so I had to get pretty close [the picture still had to be cropped a lot], and 2) the camera didn't really want to focus on the birds, it would rather focus on the trees.I don't think I've ever seen a hummingbird on a tree in my entire life, lol. Makes my eyes water with amazement. Gonna go on Flickr to like it again because I like it so much.
Here's a few hummers from last month, Madera Canyon, Santa Rita Mtns, AZ
Magnificent Hummingbird

At our home feeders, the numbers were down a bit but okay considering how dry the summer was. We had broad bills, black chin, Costas, Annas, and a broad-tail passing through. No Rufous this year. Those are great. I didn't get any hummingbirds at my feeders this year.![]()
