Couple fireworks ones, the first one is interesting. I originally had my camera set to the mode where it requires two remote presses to activate shutter. This allows me to expose for any time I want. I had been playing around before the fireworks start and did not realize I was exposing. So when it started and I hit the button it actually completed the exposure. It's completely unmodified and straight from camera.

I went to Arizona the other day and we stayed at the Grand Canyon overnight in a cabin a few hundred feet from the Bright Angel Trailhead. I'll likely have a few more once I get the photos off my camera (this one is from my phone):

Just got back from camping, couple pics from that trip:

The orange light you see in the night pics is from camp fire. Added a neat effect. The tent one was a super long exposure.

Red- glad to see you've gotten off of ISO 100 !

You need to hammer on your shots a little in a photo editing program to bring them out a bit more,

Yeah I tried different ISOs, that was as high as I could go before it got a way too noisy. For fun I tried one at max ISO, it looked awesome on the LCD screen, not so much in the editor haha. I'm on Linux so the options there are not really as good as the Windows ones, unfortunately, so it's the best I could do as far as editing. I mostly play with exposure and brightness/contrast. Sometimes color temperature, for indoor shots.

You have a lot of detail in the sky that you could pop if you desired. This is a quick edit - if you spent a little more time, I know you could make that above image pop. But I suppose my edit could be construed as over the top. :/

You're right. I took only a quick pass the first time through. I tweaked a bit more above, but further tweaking will have to wait till another day.

Hanging out at the hummingbird feeders today at Madera Canyon, Santa Rita Mountains, Arizona, I took a bunch of pics, couldn't pick just one.

Acorn woodpecker. Acorn woodpeckers, true to their name, collect acorns and store them in holes they drill in trees and telephone poles.

Mostly broad bills with one black chin in the mix.

Brief few days over in the rockies, finally got to see Lake Louise. I definitely have to go back, as I didn't have the time to do it justice at all. But here is a nice casual shot of the entrance lol
