Well, unless EA has disabled codes for Madden 10, it means that it might have been used already? Did you buy it used?

You can call them but otherwise, I think the only fix is to get a new code for $10 from EA.

No, my copy of Madden 10 is an original - it just sits there trying to register the code. I let it run for about 20 minutes while trying to dig around the EA site, as I saw a few people mention hopping on a chat with support and they run it for you, but couldn't find the option. As for calling, I don't really want to deal with it that much because I'm going to assume they'll do what they can to make me fork over the $10 😵
