You should file a police report. This might be something the guy does on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to people in the area.
 
Sawyer... sorry about that man. I was heading to the store when i saw this hooker who was selling a bag of blow... well you know the rest of the story.
 
I have his name and phone number. The cops were useless, I straight up asked the cop "if this happened to you, what would you do?" he said he would hire a lawyer...yeah right..he would look the guy up on his computer and go to his house.
